I’m a SoCal stay/work-at-home mom. Have recently begun reading up on minimalism and I’m conducting an experiment of sorts to see if I can gain some space in my home and mind. Would love to from others on how they’re faring on their journey to have less and live more!

  1. I LOVE your blog. I am on a very similar path. You write how I talk. Kudos! And love the photos with the dog as measurement tool!!! Curious about your work at home biz. Anyhoo, congrats!!!

    • Thank you Nora! LOL when I was trying to take that jeans photo, the doggies kept trying to lick my face and walk in front of the camera. So I just said fuck it and made them my models 🙂
I have a small online shop selling stationery – just makes me some spending money and keeps my brain active so I’m not always in full-on mommy mode. 🙂 Thank you for reading!

  2. Hi!

I just wrote a similar commenton another page of the blog – that you write like I talk! Lol so refreshing! Thank you for your awesome blog! I started my journey yesterday. I am a 30-something mama (okay, 39!) living in a small house in NJ with my three kids, husband, and cat. My visions of moving to a slightly larger space is not going to happen any time soon and the amount of stuff in my home is unnecessary and overwhelming! I’ve made some progress, but I know that I have a long way to go! Now if only I could clean out my mind in the same way…

  3. Thanks for sharing your story. It’s inspirational. The blogs great but could do without the bad language…it makes you sound angry/on edge rather then peaceful/pure which is ironic given your lifestyle choices.

  4. I never leave comments, but your blog is freakin hilarious. I like your language coz thats how I talk, I read other minimalist blogs and their calmness and pureness is just annoying. Keep being awesome…although dog clothes…really?
